Girl let me get right into this and say I'm damn tired and I dont mean let me go to sleep tired I mean I need me a margarita on the rocks extra tequila and a mommy vacation. Now dont get me wrong I love my babies but mama needs her time too not only do am I juggling my babies but college as well I have to pat myself on the back.... BECAUSE THIS IS MY LAST YEAR OF COLLEGE! girl lets clap for this do you know how hard it is balancing working, mom life, and college you are literal super man "super mom" we really out here doing the damn thing mama. I was sitting here doing my geology homework thinking oh my goodness let me vent and share with my girls how I'm balancing it all. For my girls thats doing it all this is for you and all my ladies you are doing it!

I started my college journey back in 2014 but at that time I found out I was expecting with kai my first baby and my oldest baby. When I found out I was pregnant I decided to graduate high school early and enroll in college as soon as I could and that is exactly what I did. Best decision ever. So you can imagine yes I walked into college 7-8 months pregnant. I was so embarassed needless to say I was proud of myself too and my village that helped me. I finished a year of my college time even after having my baby, but it started to become really hard on me mentally and physically and I decided to take a break and be a 1st time mommy. That short break turned into years and I had already become settled into an job I liked. When 2019 came around I moved to Houston and decided it was time to go back to college and finish out college. Finshed at leastan few months of it and ended up moving back to Dallas. But girl guess what I payed off one of my student loans during that time. Came back to Dallas and went straight into work and school. I was taking a math class and it became really hard on me so I took another break. As you can tell I'm just finishing school in sprouts. Life just was getting the best of me after all too I'm an single mom and Kai's dad was in and out his life so help was kind of limited and my village started to become small as the years pass.

This year is the year I'm finishing up my last classes and I CAN FINALLY BREATHE! who know a girl thats finishing classes in sprouts through out the years would finally be done. Come closer let me tell you how I do this mamma and college thing now....

I wake up very early before my kids wake up to get any work done because once they wake up its a wrap! I will wake up at 5am squeeze some yoga in and get to work immediately. That gives me an grace of working for 2 hours. My kids usually wake up around 7am on the dot. I get Kai ready for school such as cooking him breakfast and getting his homework in his bag. The youngest will kind of run around a bit waiting on his breakfast and I like to turn on a music class session on youtube for him to watch. Once I get the oldest off to school its me and the little one, I will semi do notes and get back to it after he goes down for a nap. Try to map your time for in home stuff around nap time much easier for you. My mother will sometimes come over during the weekend to watch them and I leave to get work done, I will sit at a coffee shop or some sorts. Also when the kids go down for bed I will sometimes stay up and just work until 12am. I find night time working is easier for me the whole house is quiet and at ease making working a smoother process for me. If you are a night worker like me making a hot tea just hits the spot its amazing and a different calmness to working.

If you havev a plan in place dont worry girl keep doing your thing you are doing amazing.
