MY STORY

I’m from the east side of New Orleans and I’m a mom of two boys I use to be a kindergarten teacher for 6 years. When I enrolled in college I thought I wanted to be a elementary teacher but realized after some time I wanted to pursue the entrepreneurial and marketing field after taking a job in that field at a corporate company I was at for 2 years and instantly fell in love with the learning of that field.  Not only did I fall in love with marketing but I fell in love with influencing as well and pursued that back in the start of 2021 and quickly gained a love and endless learning for it believe it or not I started as an model on Instagram for a year I thought that was my calling for pursuing influencing on my social media but decided to go through a rebrand for myself and follow a journey of influencing motherhood, lifestyle and a little bit of fashion added. I walk through my life of this chaotic journey of motherhood with my two boys who are 10 and 1 I know huge age gap right. Motherhood started for me at age 18 just months after enrolling in college as a new freshman. It was not easy juggling motherhood and a new college student but I like to say thanks to my village I had at the time I was honestly able to get through to mental and physical part of it being a new mommy my oldest taught me how to be strong and keep going and I like to say my youngest taught me how to love and appreciate.  My youngest baby was born in 2023 9 years after my 1st it such a big gap but I love it I have a built in helper literally. After growing up in New Orleans for 10 years of my life I ended up moving to Dallas, Tx after enduring hurricane Katrina with my mother. I must say I hated it first few years it’s very different but I adapted eventually. I have spent 20 something years in Texas now  people like to joke and say I’m from Texas now I disagree but they are somewhat right. Being from New Orleans and half Texas you can tell where my love for cooking has came about its half in my blood and half raised with it. I want you guys to enjoy a touch of humor and inspire other moms to embrace every stage of motherhood while pursuing their own dreams.
